The health and protection of our colleagues during their work and stay must be guaranteed. The generally applicable standards, such as distance, hygiene and relevant health regulations must be met.
If we confirm the assignment, it is on the condition that it is feasible and allowed for us (not forbidden by law or any other legal ordinance).
This means that there are no further restrictions or prohibitions from the government that would make our travel and work impossible or even forbid it.
The entry and exit requirements must be fulfilable.
There are also basic conditions that must be met: for example, the hotels must be open, there must be flights that we can take or the entry and exit conditions must be met. The supply of our colleagues must be guaranteed.
Last but not least:
We need a signed letter, on our client's or customer's letterhead, stating/confirming that we are travelling to our client for the purpose of maintenance and repair. Our work is mandatory to keep production and operations running and cannot be postponed.
